Moving and Waiting

wardles

This past week we moved into an apartment up the road from Andrea’s parents.  The apartment is actually the basement of friends from Andrea’s home church.  And 3 1/2 years ago, before moving to Uganda, this was the same place that we stayed!  It’s great to be back and we are very blessed by the spacious, furnished apartment that we get to call home for the next few months.  It’s nice as baby #2 is coming to have our own place again.  We figured out that in the last 14 months, we have lived “on our own” for a total of 24 days, just over 3 weeks!  Thank you to all of you who have graciously housed us or been part of our home–we have loved our time sharing life with people!

So now we are starting to get ready for the baby’s arrival while also trying to get a lot done before then!  We’re trying to prep Malachi on the idea of having a brother or sister…we’ll see how it all goes once the baby arrives!  He’s generally very caring around babies, so we’ll just hope that that continues!
